I first met Renee when I joined the traditional choir at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. It was there where I was introduced to her gift and talent; an absolutely beautiful singing voice with a beautiful presence to match. I remember aspiring to have a singing voice like hers (I still do) and I remember daydreaming of one day having her sing at my wedding. What a special blessing from God when she graciously accepted my request to join the choir to sing at my wedding. She also performed a lovely duet which is a joy to hear repeatedly as I watch my wedding video. I can't count the compliments I received after the wedding on how beautiful the music was. Renee Payne as one of the Deacons at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Atlanta,i knew Renee as a member of our traditional choir and soloist at the church.
As a deacon, I have seen and heard many liturgical and sacramental performers, but few have been as good or have had such a heartfelt angelic voice as Renee. Renee sang at my Mother's memorial service,she was a fine example of a outstanding singer and very professional.......it is always a pleasure to be around her.
